Delivery Information

When will I receive my order?

Orders are dispatched on weekdays only, excluding Wednesdays when we are closed. Orders placed before 1:00pm will be dispatched the same day for next working day delivery between 8:00am and 6:00pm.

Please note: Orders placed on Wednesday will be dispatched on Thursday and delivered on Friday. Orders placed after 1:00pm will be dispatched the following working day.

A signature is required on delivery. If you may be unavailable, please provide delivery instructions at checkout (e.g. leave with a neighbour). We recommend customers are available at the delivery address on the confirmed delivery day. If delivery cannot be completed, we cannot accept liability for any deterioration of goods, and re-delivery charges may apply at the courier’s discretion.

If delivery is missed, the courier will leave a calling card. It is the recipient’s responsibility to contact the courier to arrange re-delivery or collection from the depot. If the recipient is not available during working hours, we recommend using a business address.

Seasonal Delivery Periods

During peak seasonal periods such as Eid, Raksha Bandhan and Diwali, courier networks may experience significantly higher volumes. As a result, delivery times may be longer than usual. Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by courier services during these periods, as they are beyond our control.

Delivery Charges

We offer a next working day courier service within the UK (England, Wales and most parts of Scotland):

· Orders up to 5kg: £9.99

· Orders 5kg – 20kg: £14.99

· Orders over 20kg: £19.99
